Actions and Consequences

Upon infiltration, Pubsurf modifies browser settings such as homepage and default search engine preferences without user consent. Apart from the annoyance factor, Pubsurf can lead to serious consequences. Clicking on ads generated by Pubsurf may redirect users to malicious websites hosting additional malware or phishing scams. This exposes sensitive information to theft and compromises overall system stability.
